Josh Laurent, especially, who I imagine this moment/season means a lot for him, being 29 and not having much 'success' in his footballing career, reminds me a bit of some of the squad from the 2008/09 promotion season.

That is one seriously tight dressing room and team of staff. It shouldn't really have been possible to generate such behaviour and togetherness after the events of late August, but somehow Scott Parker has managed it.
