Play off kick off time

Anybody know why they kick off at one minute past?

It’s to do with the British Heart Foundation campaign for CPR awareness.
Every Minute Matters campaign.

I'd just assumed it was to avoid the 3pm blackout TV rule.

All three play off games are kicking off a minute late for the reason given by Bordeauxclaret
