I thought he might have stayed another season, but I can understand the need for him to move on whether his choice or ours. A shame he never got a run, I was pleased when we got him; but one of those unfortunate things. I wish him well.

Fantastic words - easy to see that he was a popular member of the group, and I do believe he should have seen more of the pitch 23/24 up until his injury.

Put in some clever, probing passes when he drifted inside in the few games that he played for us - I wish him nothing but the best.

From footage I have seen, he was a great help to many players, and I was lucky to witness his assist at QPR, and the recognition he got from his team mates. Its great that despite the limited game time, that he felt very positive and sincere in his final message

Shame we never really saw him. Nice and classy statement on leaving.

All the best, Nathan.

Apparently he’s been a model pro and such a shame that he didn’t get the time on the field at Burnley. He was always a dangerous opponent and I was pleased when he joined our ranks. Sadly the injuries have taken their toll.

Thanks for being a positive influence upon our younger players and I’m sure you played your part in our promotion last season.

All the best for your future career.

You feel he meant every word.

I suspect he may return to Birmingham.

Wherever he goes, I wish him well.

Always a threat when playing Burnley so it's sad he did not get the chance to show his class for BFC. Best wishes for a great next two years.

Definitely worth a 1 year deal for a team in the Championship, or comparable level.

I was actually disappointed we didn't get to see what he could offer for us, always felt he was a very good player.

His words above show a maturity you don't often see in football imo. Hope he goes back to Brum and is successful with them.
