£30 Away Ticket Cap remains in PL
The Premier League Shareholders’ meeting was held today and it included a vote on the away ticket cap.
The price cap of £30 per away ticket has been in place since 2016 and was added to the Premier League ticketing rules three years ago which means it must be reviewed formally every three years.
Following this meeting, the statement below has been issued by the Premier League:
The Premier League clubs today unanimously agreed to extend the current £30 cap on away ticket prices.
This will be the tenth season the £30 cap has been in place. Since its introduction in 2016, attendance at away games has increased from 82% to 91%.
The Premier League and clubs recognise the additional costs associated with fans following their team during the season, and the incredible atmospheres they create at matches.
A Fan Engagement Standard was launched in 2023 to reinforce Premier League clubs' commitment to ensuring long-term meaningful engagement with supporters.

Think last time at West Ham, all concessions were £25 irrespective of age!

Not many clubs prepared to do that and I know we voted against a cap last year while charging a lot of away supporters £35.randomclaret2 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 03, 2025 8:40 pmChampionship hopefully to introduce something similar
