Best of luck to him and Argyle.
Though by no means an Argyle fan I always want the 3 Devon clubs to do well. More of a Gulls fan myself, and they are having a torrid time in recent years.

He could do well after working at Watford and thier car crash board. Plymouth will give him backing and they have a decent team for a promotion push.Ist signing Obafemi on a free from Burnley

Already looks like the 3 relegated teams to go straight back up

He showed last season that he wasn't up to managing in the Championship (bottom of the league Cardiff lost fewer games than his Watford), so maybe he needs that reset in League One and try and salvage his career

Yet won only one less than Bristol City who reached the play offs. Watford were top half in terms of wins.

The league table showing the 2nd half of the season on here the other day showed Watford as dead last. I don't think that suggests he's a good manager.

They had a major collapse having lost some key players. And it was a collapse, they were in the top six at half way.

It's fair to have a bit of a slump but to finish bottom of the table with Watford over half a season takes some going.
