Away tickets, friends and family, and loyalty points.
I’m finally in a position to be able to go to away games regularly, and had over 2000 points before realising I was due to lose 350 when the old points dropped off my account.
It leaves me needing to wait until the Tuesday to buy my Spurs ticket if there’s any left.
I’m trying to get to as many away games as I can, as quickly as possibly to get back above the 2000 points so I can be in the first window, however with working during the week, my cousin is buying the tickets through friends and family.
Does anyone know if I still get the points for my account if my cousin is the one who buys them using through friends and family?

Yes you will if he buys his and yours when it is available to your points level. They won’t be able to buy them for you if they have the points but you don’t.
My father and I both have over 2000 and I buy both of ours and he gets his points as I allocate the ticket to him.

If he uses your Clarets number, you will get the points.

Nice one thanks.

If you’ve got a season ticket aswell, download each game to your phone, that’s what we did last season & you got 10 points per game, I think they’ve reduced it to 5 points this time round but it’s an easy way to slowly boost your points in between away games

150 quid platinum membership. Job done. Makes the loyalty point stress go away.

You get loyalty points for downloading your season ticket to your phone?
Are you saying that even if your ticket isn't used after downloading it you still get loyalty points?

Can I just ask
I have 2020 loyalty points but my friends and family have 1900
Will I have to wait till the Tuesday to book us both if we want to sit together or will it let me book for us both ?
I think I already know the answer is no but just thought I would ask
Thanks in advance

You did last season. If you used your card for every game you received 350 points, but if you downloaded the ticket to your phone each match there were a further 230 points. A friend of mine contacted the club asking if it was fair; they denied it was happening.

A ridiculous but quite clever way of boosting your points.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Sun Jul 20, 2025 11:20 amYou did last season. Defo was happening, and also when you download a kids ticket it was turning into an adult one.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Sun Jul 20, 2025 11:20 amYou did last season. Could have downloaded nephews and he’d now be in the first phase to get away tickets

Wasn't aware it did that but the club were clearly in denial that it was happening at allGranny WeatherWax wrote: ↑Sun Jul 20, 2025 11:43 amDefo was happening, and also when you download a kids ticket it was turning into an adult one.

Are you suppose to get loyalty points for Huddersfield, nothing been added as yet.
Also I can't download tickets for next season yet, which seems odd as have the option to forward and sell them on ticket exchange.
