Morning All,
I’m wondering if anyone could help me with a ticketing problem i have.
Myself, my partner and two children have season tickets. We’ve bought tickets in the Jimmy Mac Hospitality suite for the Liverpool game so I’m looking to list our tickets on the ticket exchange.
I can list mine very easily as normal by logging in, however I don’t seem to have accounts for my partner or children to be able to do theirs. I’ve attempted to allow myself to manage their tickets through my account and the emails send out confirming however I believe I have to log into their account to accept.
I’ve tried to create an account for them all and link their tickets to the account but the SSO instructions on the support section of the website don’t match now what appears.
Pulling my hair out a little bit and hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Have you added them to your network so you can have access to their accounts thorough yours.

Just sell them to friends or give them to the family. Much easier.
