Have you joined Burnley FC ISA yet?
We have received a significant number of new members in the last 4-5 hours. Whilst we don’t want to jump to conclusions, our ‘Claret and You’ survey findings and our more recent survey to members, highlighted ticketing as a big issue to a lot of Burnley fans. We can see that purchasing Tottenham tickets, has for many, been a very arduous task!
This is what the ISA is for. The club have said they’d like to engage with us recently and we’ve now started that process formally, so hopeful good news follows.
But in the meantime, why not consider joining us today? The more people on board, the more impact we believe we can have.

Re: Have you joined Burnley FC ISA yet?
Been a valuable day to promote the ISA.
Firstly we had the issues with the Spurs tickets and now the cricket field stand news that has come without any consultation.
This ISA is needed in my view, we need a strong ISA. The club has to start consulting with the people who matter, the supporters.

Just signed up. Sick to the back teeth of the way the club handles communication with the fans. Sometimes they show us nothing but contempt like with the news today. Hopefully the bigger the membership, the more pressure there will be to engage with the fans. I won't hold my breath but we can only try.

Thanks to both of you ksrclaret & taio - there has been a surge in the membership today following first the ticketing issues and then this announcement on the cricket field stand.

Just joined up, been tired of certain goings on at the club for a couple of years now, hopefully a strong, cohesive supporter group will be able to challenge some of the baffling decisions the club makes.

Re: Have you joined Burnley FC ISA yet?
Again, thanks to all who have joined today - it's been a productive day for the ISA.
Re: Have you joined Burnley FC ISA yet?
I signed up a few weeks ago. It sounds interesting, so I'm intrigued to see where it goes.
The announcement today should have been seen as a positive. It's further investment in the Turf and that's not a bad thing - many clubs would love to see this kind of investment. How they've gone about it could have been better, though. That said, if pushed I'm sure the club would point out that the FAB represents our fanbase, and they have been consulted.
Whether the FAB needs a stronger voice at the table I don't know, but I do know that the fans in the Cricket Field Stand should have had their chance to voice their concerns, even if it was just to gauge how many fans were bothered about being moved. There will be fans who don't really care. However, there will be fans who are anxious and want reassurance that their new seat is right for them (an aisle seat, or one close to the exit for example). It wouldn't have taken much to send a message to season ticket holders asking them to voice their concerns by a certain date. I'd be amazed if they'd received a message from 10% of the fans to be honest. It all looks and feels a bit rushed.

Following today’s news around ticketing, but then later, around the changes that WILL take place at Turf Moor, the steering group have got together this evening to quickly get something out to our members. At this stage, we feel it’s important that we gather the views of our membership as we will endeavour to represent THEM.
In the meantime, if you have any views, please do share them.
Also, please do consider joining us if you haven’t already! The more people that join us, the more impactful we hope we can be.
Thank you!

I will be signing up. Really not happy about the CFS seat move. No consultation, far worse viewing position.
Me the Mrs and kids all have well over 2k points now, but seeing that Spurs ticket thread fiasco was the last straw for me. We have spent years and thousands on getting our points up and now £150 puts you above us as more valued supporters? Even if it's just to see one of the big clubs in their stadium? Yeah cheers.

Caused I have to say by the incompetent bloke tasked with setting up the emails - he'd be better employed just writing match reports on UTC.
As the ISA have now said - it's ENQUIRIES - just that I couldn't spell the word.

I'll be joining.
One issue which needs raising if it hasn't already is the fact that away tickets for Tottenham have been seen on 3rd party websites for £80 if not more.
This was spotted on Monday before they went on sale to season ticket holders with 2000pts.
Therefore can only presume that some premium member has brought a ticket for £30 and immediately advertised it.
Disgusting in my view.
Saw a post about it on X.
Surely the club have been made aware and if so they will be able to identify the seats on sale and who ordered them and then they can have their membership rescinded so that they can't do this again.
Preventing a proper fan who genuinely wants to go the match getting a ticket

Before doing that, it might be worth the time seeing if those tickets actually exist. Plenty of evidence of non existent tickets being advertised on those sites.ScottishBorderClaret wrote: ↑Wed Jul 30, 2025 5:00 pmI'll be joining.
