Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
I wonder if they have pushed this out this week because we might be wearing it at Stoke on Saturday

Very good effort this year by the club.

As much as I don’t think the home shirt is purple, the claret on this new away kit, is the colour the home shirt should be

Socks not what I expected when I read the info - thought it was going to be a solid claret turn over

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
When people asked about the second and third kits and I sort of suggested we think Man City and Wolves

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
It reminds me a bit of the 2019-20 away kit which I also quite liked.
Re: Away kit
I'm not all that interested in the annual kit reveal nonsense but the new away kit is very nice indeed.

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
Agree swap the socks then not a bad kit as opposed to the new home one , unimaginative at best just a lazy effort at worst .
Our home kit should be Claret body and Blue sleeves

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
Had to go and look at some reports to check which you meant - I've always liked sky blue away kitsArmchairDetective wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 8:21 amIt reminds me a bit of the 2019-20 away kit which I also quite liked.
Re: Away kit
It's the marketing guff that gets me. "The waves on the shirt recognise the soundwaves of the Turf Moor crowd". Utter nonsense.

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
That may be true, but it wouldn't surprise me if there are also some accounting considerations regarding stock valuation given it's the club's year end today.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 8:12 amI wonder if they have pushed this out this week because we might be wearing it at Stoke on Saturday

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
Reminds me of a Burnley away kit from late 1980s when Stockport were our big rivals . Think it had a replica in club shop a few years back. Burnley 1988 Away Retro Shirt [BURN88APYSS] - £54.99 Teamzo.com https://share.google/hpvzsKegnBScIR0OT

Regarding the third kit, is it predominantly gold then? Can’t imagine I’ll like that. I imagined it as black with gold trim, like a black version of the 21/22 third kit.
Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
I like that. Will look even better without the sponsors logo.

I just remember it as the Jay Rod goal away at Old Trafford kit. Had to go and research which year it was.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 8:24 amHad to go and look at some reports to check which you meant - I've always liked sky blue away kits

I like this and it will probably be the one I get for this season unless the third one is even better.
I love all the marketing guff that comes with it.

Was in the shop Saturday getting my nephews home kit for his birthday and nearly bought myself one but thought I’d wait for away and glad I did.
Now wondering if wait for the third

Basically sky blue and white horizontal stripes (sorry - sound waves)
Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
Should really read “Inspired by the floods of tears, caused by the ******* fans as once again, we won at Ewood”.

The kit is nice, but I’m going to sound like a broken record here with the monochrome badge. It’s awful.

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
Really like the shirt. Considering getting it, although I have the LS 19-20 one already, so may have to wait for the third kit. Didn't get any of last season's.
Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
Yes, this looks like it’s b******s. The ‘waves’ barely deviate from the horizontal so I doubt they are the sound waves of chants, unless they recorded just the Bob Lord.

Exactly the right colours for a Burnley away kit.

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
Is that actually available from the shop though, or mocked up?
Still the same problem, however. It goes from an annoyingly sponsored Football Shirt to an expensive training top

Here’s an idea - if you don’t believe what someone has posted - have a search on the club website.ŽižkovClaret wrote: ↑Thu Jul 31, 2025 11:45 amIs that actually available from the shop though, or mocked up?

Re: 2025/26 Away Kit
cracking shirt. I really like the home shirt too and think they've done well with both to blend the sponsor in.
