The replay doesn't make it clear but the referee indicates an arm that has stuck out so presume it is handball.

33 obviously handled as he keeps pointing to his arm, but it looks a very harsh shout, he knew dodgy all about it.

No idea but that You Tube clip took me to an episode of the Long Johns with the late Johns, Bird and Fortune.Those sketches, all the more remarkable as they were largely unscripted with just an outline sketch and then the two Johns would ad lib, were hilarious IMO.
