I get it with the player ratings, but why is the MotM vote limited to time played?
Say someone had come on with 10 minutes left, we are 2-0 down, and then he scores one and sets up another. Then scores a winning pen in the shootout. His contribution would have been undoubtedly worthy of MotM, but he can't be voted for. Feels unfair
