All seats need to be paid for online before bookings are confirmed. Seats are not be guaranteed until payment is received and the booking request has been ‘Liked’ on the messageboard. Requests for a booking must include the number of seats required (stating how many are adults and how many are U16), where you want to get on, your surname and your email address (once you’ve given your address you don’t need to do so for future bookings).

For bookings made more than 7 days in advance of a game, payment must be made within 48 hours (if not made by then, the booking will be cancelled). For bookings made less than 7 days before a game, payment must be made within 24 hours (if not made by then, the booking will be cancelled). Bookings must be paid for in 1 payment.

When making payment, please ensure that you give the username of the person making the booking on the messageboard and which game you are paying for eg Leisure - ManCity. Without this info we may not be able to recognise your booking. Please note that usually the maximum number of characters allowed is 18.

Once a booking has been paid for, there will be no refunds given for cancellations. However, any cancellations made prior to 7 days before a game will be credited by the amount paid for use on a future game. For cancellations made less than 7 days before a game, a credit will only be given if we manage to re-sell the seats.

Coach allocations will be posted on this thread a few days before the game. So please remember to check this.
