How are you today??
How are you today??
Simple question, how are you doing??
Feel free to be really happy or rant about the problems in the world.

Re: How are you today??
I'm alright cheers, you?
Started cycling to work this last week and doing about 7 miles a day.
For someone like me who's built for comfort and not exercise its quite an achievement to have done about 30 miles over all so far, despite the rain and frost.
My legs are knackered but I'm feeling a bit better for it and the number of times I'm stopping has dropped each journey.
I'm trying to lose about 4/5 stone ultimately, but I changed some of my eating habits before Xmas and then got my bike last week.
I just need to weigh myself, so I know where I'm starting from, but I'm a bit nervous about doing that....

Depends if you're also 6ft 3 and chunky?Saxoman wrote:If your built like me about a stone or two will drop off quite quickly but after that you have to work bloody hard to shift any more..
I can shift it easy enough, I'll just extend my journey to work when I'm finding the 3.5miles each way easy.
Considering a Tough Mudder event next year when I'm in better shape.

Re: How are you today??
Awful.
Full of cold for the 3rd day running.
spent nearly 2 hours commuting to Shipley this morning (usually only takes 90 mins)
Got 5 projects on the go - all of which are past their deadlines
Working under a newly recruited Project Manager- who is an absolute tool
Lads birthday tomorrow and still don't know what to buy him (any ideas - he will be 9)
At the game on sunday so have something to look forward to

Re: How are you today??
Cold, cold, cold. Heating off. New boiler being fitted over next three days. Meanwhile the temperature has plummeted and snow is forecast for Norfolk
Front door being left permanently open by the engineer as he goes back and forth to his van. Fan heaters just drying up the air. Any heat they generate is going straight out the door.
Are boilers really designed to die at the coldest time of year?
