Former Scotland & Preston manager Craig Brown has passed away at the age of 82.

A man who I kind of liked, no idea why but maybe just his plain honesty and humility.

Echo the sentiments above. He always came across as a nice guy, and a football man. Heard some nice stories about him on TalkSport today. They gave him a real ribbing on Fantasy Football League in the 90’s, did Baddiel and Skinner. Always portrayed him as Sooty. He always seemed to take it well.

Always liked Craig Brown. He came across as a genuine, thoughtful man with a pleasant engaging manner. RIP

He was a nice man from when he was at PNE seem to remember he was the beneficiary of a Ricardo Fuller inspired win at one point
