Such a powerful message

I'd rather a call/message from anyone struggling than to find out horrible news

Just mentioned to the wife that it's mad how you end up with "football mates"... Only see them on match days because they sit near you but you know when they're getting married or going on holiday etc.... They'll tell you all sorts but you don't even know their name, just their seat number

Check up on your friends as there are a lot more people hiding demons behind a laugh and a smile than you think.

Such a powerful video - only just seen that there's a thread on it.

Just a real reminder to those who are struggling to reach out for help if and when it's needed but also to those of us who are OK to check with those alongside us who just might be struggling.

As bfccrazy says, there are those at the match who we talk to when we don't even know their names. A quick 'How are you?' might be all that's needed to help someone.
