That’s not correct. You can sign free agents at any time but if you have already registered 25 players then they will have to wait until the next registration window to be registered. Signing someone and registering them are 2 different things.

Think he is "high risk" but surprised we did not exploit the free agents market of strikers. For example Anthony Martial of Man Utd was a free agent until recently and now signed for AEK. Had almost a one in three goal scoring record at Man Utd but fell out of favour. I am sure he was not the only free agent striker.Particularly when you look at our options right now. Our recruitment team and Alan Pace need to be thinking "outside of the box" in the lead up to the transfer window opening
