Always seems a bit odd when a place gets 1 star and is allowed to continue trading and just told to do better

You need to see the report really. It can be something as simple as a form not being signed which gives a place a 3 rating or so.

It doesn't automatically mean the chicken tikka is walking out the door by itself

Case in point, the wording doesn't sound too bad when you read it:

Shocked at Shilma

Not
Does anyone who works at the Burnley Express ever try and use the website? Its absolutely terrible to use, surely most people give up due to the ads all the time? I understand its a commercial venture, but I certainly wouldn't want to pay to advertise on a site that is absolute carnage.

My other half is an Environmental Health Officer. Some of the tales she tells you wouldn't believe. Or you probably would! We don't eat out a lot :D . She doesn't work in Burnley I should say!

Not on her patch!! It's mainly take-aways, curry houses etc in a student area of a city!

Whenever my brother is in town we try our best to get to Abduls. The fella on the counter was slightly confused until we explained we hadnt come from Prague and Toronto purely for a kebab 😂
