Season ticket used?

Went to swipe my season ticket on my phone to get in yesterday and they guy said its already been used today and wasnt going to let me in, he did eventually after a few words.( I had my season ticket card on me aswell so I know it hadn't been used)

Has anybody else had this?

You need to report this to the Club.

It was most likely a double scan. You hold it up, it scans it and before you realise it scans again, saying it’s already been used. They call this progress, apparently!

Getting a bit Monty Python here but you were lucky....
I'd spoken to the ticket office several times after returning from holiday(!) to follow up why my season ticket hadn't come through.
No problem, I was told, there'll be a printed one for you to pick up before yesterday's game.
Duky polled up early only to be told it wasn't ready yet and they'd get on it.
Five minutes later, I'm told that there's no record of my seat having been transferred nor my ticket having been auto renewed.
That's fine, I said, I've proof on the app, it confirms I'm a CFS season ticket holder for 25/26.
I open the app and, no , it doesn't, it's gone.
As have all my billing details and Clarets points. Nothing.
Luckily, my bank statements show my direct debits have been coming out on or around the 1st of the month for at least the last six months, I didn't have time to check the rest, the queue was building up.
The lass behind the counter, bless her, reckons ", somebody's pressed the wrong key".
Anyway, the supervisor - again very helpful - will email me this week to sort it, once and for all .
For what it's worth, they gave me a comp ticket for my future seat yesterday and I thought it was a great game.
Parker has built a very good side.

I also had a digital ticket that had was “expired”. Thankfully had my season ticket card on me so could gain access via that. On checking further, the digital ticket stored in my Ticket Wallet within the BFC app showed that it had expired at midnight! All other expired tickets still show the correct kick off time but this was provided by the club with an incorrect kick off time. Shambles.

Can I ask why people are using the individual tickets from the club app that they have to download for each game and not download their season ticket to their phone wallet that they can use for every game?

I thought the individual tickets was there just to transfer it somebody else should you not be able to make the game

I think that one of the issues that's confusing people is all the seemingly various ticketing options eg season card, download for each game, download for the full season, a download that apparently only becomes live shortly before a game, etc. It's all very confusing.

This happened to me on Saturday, although I think it was a double swipe..

I had my kids with me, so there were 3 cards, including mine, to be swiped to get in and the gentlemen got a bit confused with what was going on.

Happened to my dad. They tried to get him to walk to the ticket office to sort it, he refused as he’s got bad mobility. A steward took his phone and walked down, then came back and allowed him in.

Double scans appear to be common, I've been stuck in queues (behind people this has happened to) twice as I've tried to enter the NL Lower.

I always have my plastic, it's put me off trying my digital version.

It happened with folk using season cards as well Doug last season ... So far this season I have just used the Phone ticket in my "google" wallet, having my plastic card in my wallet as back up ... touch wood no probs so far.

I’m tempting fate here, but if you’ve found that your digital ticket works, there should be no need to keep carrying the card as well - they are both the same image.

That said, with how flaky many of the club ‘improvements’ seem to be, it might be worth taking the card, order confirmation email and proof of purchase!

I quite like a lot of the things that the club is trying to do, it’s the how they do them that they seem to struggle with.

I carry my plastic season card for confirmation 'just in case' 🤣.

Technology is a wonderful thing when it works ... but a bloody nightmare when it doesn't 🙄
