Went on Cobh Ramblers v Bray Wanderers last night. Late in second half Cobhs number 8 was sent to the sideline after treatment. As I understand it he is supposed to stay off for 30 seconds. The ref re-started the match and immediately waved him on. I shouted "He's waved you on lad". He sets off down their left wing screaming for the ball, gets it, gets to the line and puts a beaut of a cross in for his FB to head in.
I'm delighted because the 3-1 win guarantees them the play offs. Bray were the only side that could catch them.
