I bought the George Boyd goal vs Man City and have it on my living room wall.
My all time hero was Billy Hamilton but I think Sean Dyche takes the number 1 spot now.

Also have Boydy's goal, hangs proudly. I'd recommend Potts at the front middle.

These are excellent ,I have the Dyche plus 10 players including Mee, Heaton ,Trippier and Jones hung in my hall.
My nomination for legend would be Ray Pointer.

Our England International, Captain and the best goalkeeper many of us have ever seen making a save from Zlatan Ibrahimovich that will go down in Burnley Folklore.

Tom Heaton.

No collection of legends would be complete without Ian Britton. I doubt we would be here with a club to discuss but for his goal v Orient. RIP Britt

If any player depicted the rise and fall of Burnley its surely Leighton James. He played for us over 3 spells ranging from a golden period in the early to mid seventies up until our darkest days in the mid eighties. I would certainly list him as a true legend and also one of our greatest ever players.

I would like to donate the original painting of Burnley FC Dream when I have finished it, to the forum/ to raise funds. Is there a charity you feel strongly about or would it help to raise funds for the forum? This is the busiest and most active forum I think I have ever been on it is amazing! So what do you think members and admin team? Cheers Dave

Nice comments by mrwalks12 in #43 on our "busy and active forum". Good to hear and his gesture of donating his original painting to raise funds for a charity is commendable and welcome. I now wish I had bought a Boyd picture last year, it was clever watching how he put it together.
