They are professional sports reporters, I don't think it's to much to ask to get a players name right.
Your becoming the new KRBFC, my heart sinks when your name comes up

So the most dedicated Burnley fans made a mistake but at the end of the day they are not professional sports reporting muppets......burn Jeff Stelling at the stake for such a terrible mistake

I'd make that mistake from that distance, but then again i wouldn't have a piece of paper with the teams on it either.

How many pieces of paper do you think Jeff has on his desk? Still regardless of that if you think Jeff is an unprofessional muppet for a slip of the tongue mistake then thats your opinion but i think he is one of the best football presenters around

Not in the same league as KRBFC, just a poor imitation.
A more apt username would be............Contrary Colin.

Our own manager made a mistake regarding Pope. He said he did well on his first start. Don't blame him as we have all tried to forget about the League Cup game at Accrington!

"too much"
"You're becoming"

Probably best not to be critical of people's little errors until your posts are error free.

Of all the reporters, pundits, experts etc. to pick fault with, Geoff Stelling would be bottom of that list, if he appeared on it at all. He does a brilliant job, has great knowledge and wit to boot. Best on the tele by a mile.

I completely agree , just a bit miffed with sky constantly getting things wrong, you shouldn't get a name wrong of a premier league player it's just shoddy
