Might be worth SD asking David Unsworth about the last one:- Oumar Niasse, Lokomotiv Moscow to Everton, £13.5m. Who is to say things just haven't worked out for him at Goodison?

There again he might be bobbins :-D

Not a January transfer but Remco Van de Schaaf must go down as the worst Burnley signing ever.

"He's a player we have been tracking for some time, we've had him watched and he will be a tremendous addition to the club" said the Burnley manager "He's terrific on the ball and we're excited to be working with him, he patrols in front of the back four". "There was loads of interest elsewhere, it's been ongoing for a bit but we convinced him to come".

Three year contract, top earner - one 45 minute cameo.

Was there something between him and Coyle?? Anyone know the full story?? Spill the beans!!

If Remco ever writes an autobiography then I hope Burnley branch of WH Smith's get enough copies in for us all to find out

You mean they won't serialise it in the Daily Mail like they do with all the big autobiographies? :o

I was at Hillsborough for his cameo appearance and guess what, another mystery signing Diego Penny was in goal.
We were 4-0 down in the first 15 minutes!!!!!

I thought it was 1-1 in the 1st 5 minutes with Paterson scoring an equaliser
