I thought it was only £300 for adults in the CF and lower JM last year?

I came back this year after many years away, my own circumstances changed but the main reason was the direct debit option and what I consider to be a very good value ticket in the CFS. Will be renewing for sure.
Well done BFC

The direct debit option is excellent. I went on it this year so just a couple more payments to finish paying for 2016/17 season.

Well done BFC!

Truly a stunning decision by our Board of Directors, for so many of our fans disposable income has not kept pace with rising bills during this period of frozen prices. Everything about early bird prices and direct debits fits with the Ethos of a well run club for its fan base. UTC p.s. I was always going to renew

anyway.

Can't only be me upset by this surely?
I'm running out of things to be grumpy about, sign a couple of players in January and people may start thinking I've changed my ways

Just under £50 a month for me and my boys.
That's a bargain and I'll have some spare cash later this year/next season so this is certainly the most affordable option for me.

You cannot go wrong with direct debit.
Cost me and that lad the cost of my phone contract.
I know it's not, but feels like £10 & £5 every match for me and the lad.

Direct debit is brilliant, don't have to bother with phone calls, on-line just sit back and enjoy the Clarets in the prem.

Great news
The thing is i currently have 1 adult and 1 under 12 ticket in james hargreaves upper for which i pay by direct debit.I want to swap these for seats in the family stand for next year plus add another under 12 ticket which would be a new direct debit but added to the existing ones
Will this be possible to do come monday?Assuming there are seats available

We are in similar situation CBT
Currently my brother, dad & I are in JML but we have been talking about taking my nephew on and moving to JMU.
I'm presuming that is possible and we don't all need to have a child with us to get in the upper tier

I'm not sure how this will work but it is worth asking the ticket office. If you want to move into another stand you will currently be limited to those seats which aren't currently taken by season ticket holders.

I suppose all the current ST holders in JMU will get time to decide whether they are renewing or not before seat swaps can be considered.
Still going to ring on monday to find out though

I'd say that's the best CBT, they will be able to advise you. It may be there are seats together that you will be OK with but otherwise you might have to wait for seat swaps.

Excellent news. For me and my two kids (Eve, 9 on Thursday and Jacob, 6) it costs me roughly £40 / month. So that's £25 per home game for the 3 of us, to watch Premier League football.
That's outstanding value for money in my eyes. Well done BFC.

I spoke with the ticket office this morning regarding this. They advised to leave the direct debit running to show that you are renewing and later down the line they will be a short window of opportunity to allow you to change seats. You might want to ring up to ask about the additional ticket but i would presume that you would be best off waiting for this window.

Typically I can't order mine yet, as the online system is broken and I'll need to go into the store to do it, despite the fact I was on the phone wanting to do it

So is anyone else having an issue arranging the direct debit online?
Put all my details in etc and it just keeps wiping the account details part everytime I press continue...
I got bored of the 47 min wait I'd had on the phone to go from 6th to 2nd in the queue...

Have you taken out a second mortgage Sidney?
Not for the season tickets, for your up and coming phone bill!

I used the work phone, it's fine.
Still not letting me do it online for a direct debit.....
I'll try again later, if that doesn't work I'll try and get through tomorrow on the phone.

Seems strange. Call in the club shop and get the forms, failing that ask someone to pick you one up.

Are you aware of any issues with the site?
I got bored of waiting 50mins to go from 6th in the queue to 2nd, so I re register us all on line and when I put in the payment details for direct debit it just wipes the screen so I have to fill them in again.
Getting a bit boring now, I've tried it at work and at home to no success.
It wasn't working Monday when I rang them either.
I'll ring again tomorrow and hope I don't have to wait as long if you aren't aware of any issues.

My mistake Sheedy,it is an under 18 but still after swapping to JMU because he's only 8 so it would then be an under 10s which is free
Rang the ticket office Monday and they said there's only single seats available in JMU until any current season ticket holders don't renew.
