Secondly, thank you to all your fans for showing an initial interest in this.

Over the last 8 years I have written to EVERY football club in the country (all 92 league clubs and the national team) applying to be their first team manager using funny letters.

The book compiles all of my applications and the responses I got from the clubs. Well, those who responded and gave permission.

Burnley replied with a very clever letter and were good enough to let me publish it. 6 of the clubs who replied denied me permission!! Burnley FC have also tweeted support for the book recently.

Since it came out I've been in a few papers, on a few radio stations including the H and J show on talkSPORT.

It's £5. Just buy the darn thing. If it was a full book about our club and one page was posted that's different, but that one page could be the entire interest of our fan base. Not really fair to post.

As someone else has pointed out - I wouldn't.

It is copyrighted - and not by me!!

The trouble I went through to get the letters allowed in my book is proof that it would be risky to put it on.

I'd get some GREAT publicity if I put some of the replies on twitter / Facebook etc but I wouldn't dare because that is not something I have in the agreement with the clubs!!

The eBook is only £2.99 - I'm sure it's worth it?!

I'm pretty sure I also posted on this new thread earlier today, welcomed reject once more and gave him an idea for a second book.

It could be yeah. Not from me. I still and never will own the copyright on that letter. I just got permission to publish the letters in a book. I wouldn't tweet pics etc!

Thought it was a good idea to bin the original thread tbh. Could easily end up with a board full of people trying to flog any old crap that is vaguely related to BFC.

Promoting a book must be a thankless task though, so all the best.

I've tried buying it on the Spanish site and I have found it - just can't find an option to actually purchase! (Have to buy on the Spanish site as my kindle is registered in Spain).

I really wish I could help you but I don't know anything about Spanish Kindle!! It has been bought in Spain, but dont know why. If you download the kindle app to a device and do it that way it should work?

I've had to put it down, my wife can't get to sleep because I'm laughing so much.

I was okay until I got to Brighton then the tittering started but Queens Park Rangers has wiped me out. I literally had to go to the loo as tears were rolling and I was peeing myself

I am so looking forward to a couple of Clubs per night now

One small issue is for some reason it isn't compatible with Kindle Paperwhite so I'm reading on my phone. I' ll investigate further tomorrow.
