I honestly think if was at OT the other month he'd have bagged a goal just to spite Ibra and drove us onto a shock win.
At the turf when we play them again he will be well up for it and hopefully the crowd react in a similar way to get united players off their game as we havr for many other "big" teams.

Needs to tread carefully, Ibra's a black belt.

I'm no lip reader, but he looks like he's saying:
'You've got a big nose, big nose'
What's wrong with that?

It would have been a solo goal considering our lack of attack.

On the subject of Joey's book someone gave it to me for Christmas and I've been dipping into it. Obviously I read the section about his time at Burnley last season, which offered a fascinating insight into the dressing room in the closing stages of our Championship campaign. I am now more convinced than ever that his presence in our squad for the rest of this season will ensure not only that we stay up but that we will do so comfortably. He is a man who refuses to accept failure or mediocrity either in himself or others. In the past, and by his own admission, he may not have been able to channel this in the right direction, but now, with a manager who genuinely understands him, and a more mature understanding of himself, I can see nothing but positive results over the next few weeks. Feeling very confident. I hope he plays tonight from the start - really looking forward to the game.

Really ?
I know plenty of burnley, city and united fans who think exactly that.
Thats before we get started on what Scottish fans think - he's pretty unique in that he managed to get most Rangers and Celtic fans to agree on something.
As Burnley fans we are in a minority because of what he had done on the pitch for us - but he's still outspoken / opinionated (polite word for gobby).

He is a man who refuses to accept failure or mediocrity either in himself or others.
Which seems to be the reason it didn't work out at Rangers

Celtic fans don't like him because he spoke the truth about Craig Brown

He said it as in no one wonders why people think he's a gobby scouser because everyone knows he is

If most Rangers and Celtic fans agree on something I'm tempted to say it must be wrong but it would be a very cheap shot to do so.

Yes, we defended for HUGE parts pf that games but dont let that cloud your memory that we did have a couple of chances to nick a goal too.

Zlatan's not exactly a reserved chap. He was probably surprised to have someone "have a word" with him and, I suspect, even admired a bloke half his size mouthing off at him.
