Madge ia already raring to go for this one and is saying to everyone to get down to the turf and cheer on the Mighty Clarets. Looks like she has to nip across from Blackpool!!! (Ha) Empty stadium...not exactly a fortress.
Back later for the match.

Evening all from a cool and winter type of January evening if there is such a thing .
Right tonight i think we could be in for a shock and lose this one for some reason , just everyone thinks we will win that's when we put on one of those games to forget .
Anyway not too long to go before we find out .

Still looks a strong team.
We really do have strength in depth within the squad now.
Let's hope for a result.

Sunderland played a strong side last time. Moyes calling our bluff. Midfield looks good but not sure about Flanagan at LB.

Andre Gray (Burnley) wins a free kick on the left wing.
Maybe the linesman tripped him on his warm up.

Well played! Pies aren't really a thing here in Spain. I might just start making my own!

When I was in the Army and stationed in Germany we used to buy pies to take back in the car.
Quite often several of them failed to make it across the channel

I placed clear orders with my family to pick up pies before they picked me up from the train station on my last visit. If i can travel 1200km they can get me pie and peas!
