Apparently they brought a real mob over and took over the Culvert and no cotton could be off down the canal for 8 hours - total bedlam.

CT was mascot that game. It was the last time they let somebody in their 20's be mascot, now it's strictly U18's.

"Friday's quiz, name the players "

Our keeper who appears a few times in the film is Edwin Towler and a couple of our defenders are Henry Ross (who was ever-present during the '02/'03 season) and Joseph Taylor who only missed one match.

We lost the game 0-2 and the official attendance was 4,000, although from the film that looks over-stated.
