Murger, I think that's the best way to sort it by going into the ticket office in person. You can then see for yourself it's been done as you intended.

Should be, are you using the correct number to login (i.e. the one on your season card)? I'd wait for a quiet time and ask at the ticket office because the season ticket info should be there unless you are on direct debit.

Yes it's my account. My seat is reserved and ready to purchase for the Bristol city game but not the season ticket. It's not on a direct debit. There's no rush, I'll do it the old fashioned way at the ticket office next game.

I've just taken a look and there does seem to be a problem with online renewals that I hadn't seen when I posted yesterday. I'm down there on Tuesday, I'll ask about it if not resolved.

Yes there was a tweet because I asked them on twitter when I was massively annoyed on Tuesday night.

Does the club employ or sub contract anybody who has a clue about computers / uploading tickets onto their season ticket cards etc?

It seems pretty unreal that we are a Premier League club and we cannot renew our season tickets online.

I agree - more frustrating than annoying but must be easy to sort out for someone who knows what they are doing.

We are a club playing in the premier league.
When we stay up, we can then say we're a premier league club.

I emailed the club, got a very quick response, a phone call from the ticket office as promised and got mine all sorted.
That was last week.
