Saw a post from Rileybobs saying that Steve Bruce has two first names.

Which Burnley players (past and present) had surnames that could also have been first names?

I'll start with a couple...

Mitchell Thomas
Lee Grant

You can name child anything. And it seems people are trying to get more and more unique.
Leaving names more and more stranger... no offence.

My old next door neighbour named his son after him ( his mum wouldn't allow Leighton as it was common/chat so opted for James )

Fox is one, as is Bear also porshe and even Rougue

Sadly my line of work means I meet a large number of young children.

There are some weir and whacky names out there, don't get caught in the trap of being surprised at kids names. They are the next fasion Item for some people.

However I opted for traditional names for my 2.

If I were to have another, I sure as hell wouldn't call it Snodgrass as a first name....

If he was to sign.

I'm going to nominate Ray Pointer as the first on the (possibly much shorter) list of players who doesn't.
