Always found their customer support to be very good (and their Returns policy).
Note to Android users: "if it's not an iPhone it's not an iPhone".

So you are happy at how easy it is to claim a refund for something that shouldn't have been able to happen in the first place? Get yourself an iPhone, you'll get on well!

In app purchases on games are the devils creation, think you can use something in the parental settings to help with the problem.
Although it is difficult to find many games without in app purchases.

That's about the same amount on average they over charge for their products! No wonder they can afford it.

This.
It's all fine well when it's kids playing games but they design the games so they are incompleteable, but you can get through levels quicker by paying for bonuses etc.
Said games become addictive, and you end up playing (and paying) just to get to the next bit without any enjoyment.
Sad state of affairs when that's what game apps come down to, but I know some adults that have paid for in app stuff as well.
It's no different from buying coins in fifa ultimate team either.

I hate those 'freemium' games. the games I do have on my phone that I've kept on my phone have been paid for ones*. You pay the flat fee up front but there's no constant pressure to keep paying. Those app developers have to get paid somehow and I'd rather it was this model.
*Well apart from Pokémon Go, which uses a sort of freemium lite model.

Bore off.
iPhone 7 - 32GB - £599
Google Pixel - 32GB - £599
Samsung Galaxy S7 - 32GB - £569
Macs are by and large a lot more expensive than most windows machines, but their build quality is excellent.
Let's consider they're made by Apple, who make the OS too. Have you seen the price of Surface Pros? Almost identical to Macbooks.
You could argue that Domino's over charge for pizzas, but it's bloody good pizza.
Apple make good products.

Their customer service is superb.
Booked in with them as my speaker had stopped working on my iphone 6 Plus, they ran some diagnostics and gave me a brand new one there and then.
I had an S7 Edge but absolutely hated it, swapped it for a 7 Plus, much better IMO.

Yes Apple make good products, however they can never fully replace a Windows based operating system - certainly not in my area of work. Also, I can expand the memory in my Samsung to 1TB - and it 'plug and plays' into any PC - I can drag and drop files to my hearts content.

I think that's spot on to be fair.
It's all about what you want / need.
I'm quite happy with the limitations that having an iPhone entails but a lot of my stuff is cloud based (Spotify, iCloud, AppStore only apps etc) but if you want a totally versatile experience something like Android has you totally covered. Same with the expandable memory for your Samsung phone. I only need the built-in storage in my iPhone but some people want the ability to expand.
Windows is far more geared to corporate environments simply because 99% of applications are optimised or simply only available on Windows platforms. Plus companies would pay a fortune supplying Macs for their employees as opposed to a load of Lenovo Thinkpads.

I think it is compared to most take away pizzas. Maybe not bloody good compared to a pizzeria in Napoli though!

Anyone looking for a stonkingly good, five star rated premium smart phone for half the price of an iPhone/Samsung Galaxy etc, the Oneplus 3 at £329 is the one.
Buy one of these, save a few hundred quid and never look back. It's the future!
