Burnley have had a bid of around £10million accepted for Hull's Robert Snodgrass.
West Ham have had lower bids rejected, and we also understand there is a second offer on the table from Middlesbrough.

Great News if true! Can't be the only one who would slightly prefer Brady but if the board think Norwich want too much than I'm not bothered.

Hull Mail reporting it.
But also saying that 'Boro and West Ham remain keen.

Are West Ham still interested?
If so they know exactly how much is needed to buy him and if they want him they can offer him considerably more money.

If Hull have a choice of us or Boro as buyers they would probably prefer he came to us rather than a relegation rival.

If Boro and the Hammers match the bid, I don't think he'll be coming here.

West Ham yes, but Boro are far more likely to relegated than we are.

If this is true and we can pull it off and Snodgrass comes to us
then it will be the best bit of transfer news clarets fans have had
and will be a huge fillip for the team too.
Let's hope he's A OK and arrives raring to go.

$10 m seems a snip when you look at what average championship players go for these days- come to Burnley Robert youll defo start every game and youll enjoy the club for what it is..............

This is massive if it comes off. A quality player with options may well have chosen us. Bring on the set pieces .

Definitely the quality we need but the age is a concern.
Have we shelved the Brady bid now?

Fingers crossed. This guys a lot better option than Brady. However I remain sceptical until he's holding the Claret shirt in front of the James Hargreaves Stand.

I would've preferred Brady personally, and £10m for someone approaching 30. Football has gone mad.

Fair play to the board for showing ambition and a real financial commitment to staying in the Premier League.

While Brady probably the better option long term in the short and medium term getting in a player of Snodgrass's quality and at the same time weakening a rival is amazing business.
Please get it over the line Burnley!

Possible that both parties are using each other as leverage? Burnley trying to force the hand of Norwich and Snodgrass trying to get one last pay day from West Ham?

Yes you are right to correct me, I was just reflecting what ITV were saying. There is many a slip, but at least we are top of the queue. Its a done deal when there is something on the Club Website - which at present there isn't.

Selling price is out there now, I expect Hull will be waiting by the phone rather than rushing to get pen to paper.

I wonder who leaked this news?
Could it be his agent to ensure the likes of West Ham know what's required?
