All set to sign for Villa, Reptorted fee is around the £1.8million mark.
Seems a very good price in the current market, wouldn't have minded having him in here, versatile across the midfield & a worker too.

Entirely agree - would fit our style well and that is dirt cheap fee

Villa have spent something like £60-70m on transfer fees since being relegated.

will they struggle with ffp? I assume the wage bill hasn't gone down, and they wont go up this year.

Think I'd mentioned this guy in summer, looked great for Iceland, fee is really low and bet wages wouldn't have been an issue either (until Villa got involved).
