Buying tickets on the day, tomorrow.

So a friend of mine has just text me telling me he wants to bring his mother-in-law to the game tomorrow (I know!). It's only a tenner in the Bob Lord Stand and she fancied it apparently. Neither of them will have a Clarets Number, but I explained he can purchase them at the ticket office to the rear of the club shop. It says on the website 'arrive early'... whats early? When is a sensible time, 1pm maybe?

I'd get there as early as possible to avoid any queues

They are on sale until half time. At which point, we will be 3-0 up.....

I would have thought 1.30/2pm would be fine, even if there are queues. If there aren't any queues when you get there, get your tickets and have a drink in the Park View.

Thet don't have Claret Numbers either - will that be a ball ache, or can people just come in off the streets like the old days without having to fill in forms and all that ****?

There aren't any forms but all tickets are sold against a Clarets Number - they will have to set them up.

I actually got the tickets for them as I was at the club way before the queues, paid cash and wasn't asked for a Clarets Number at all. In and out within a minute in the end.
