I've discovered that I've not been awarded any loyalty points for the two cup game tickets I have purchased this season.

Has anybody else discovered this? Maybe loyalty points are only awarded for purchases of league game tickets?

I spotted it for the Sunderland game and forwarded it to the club at the Supporter Liaison Meeting.
