Get a proper kitchen fitter especially if your living in the property , or you will reget it otherwise.

Bodge joiners can make a 5-10k kitchen look very poor and your left regretting it for the next 10 years. You use it and see it arguably the most out of any room.

I think that's why he's asked for a 'competent kitchen fitter'

He also said "Or good handyman"

Handy men are exactly that, handy not professional, otherwise they would be a joiner/kitchen fitter.

I'm an upgrade on a handy man, and could fit a kitchen, just not to a professional level.

If you are renting out then you will be ok, if you will have to use it/see it multiple times every day, do your research, pay the extra and get a professional.

Ring Howdens ( or Haworth timber ), they'll put you in touch with a decent kitchen fitter.

Darren marsden from Ossy. Him and his mate Baz (Daz and Baz) are brilliant and are qualified to do, joinery, painting, plastering, thelectrics and plastering. They do a really good job and very reasonable price wise.
