If we are signing Robertson we can let Darikwa go.
I know he is a left back rather than right sided, but it means we can see Flanagan as our backup right back to Lowton, and then have Ward/Robertson fighting over the left hand spot.
He would be unlikely to get much football in my eyes.

Agree with Jedi. Would be good for all concerned, so long as Robertson comes in.

Agree with Jedi. you'd think then when Flanagan returns to Liverpool in the summer an upgrade on right back will be one of our priorities

Did they not see him play against them on Saturday?

Hull will need to sign a replacement before they let Robertson go.

I'm not a Darikwa fan but Bristol more or less put a man on him...
As opposed to Sunderland who pore or less ignored him.
Shows they either a) always play at closing down full backs or b) thought he was an offensive threat to be nullified.

If we do get Robertson then we should let Darikwa go - we should get back what we paid for him.
Never going to be Premier League standard - and Dyche knows that

Just loan him out for the season if we have cover.
Won't do anyone any harm if he plays half the season somewhere else.

Any help we can give Brizzle should be given.
Once we're safe they can have Tom, Michael,Stephen and Andre. But we want them back for the Cup Final.

Maybe too unpredictable for the Premier?
A loan deal to a decent lower league club could improve his tactical nous ?

He's isn't very good, it's strange how players become 10x better than they were despite not playing. A lot wanted him out of the team when he was in it, now the same posters are raving about him.

Plenty of people did the same with Ulvestad - because of one pass he did.

Yeah it must be a Burnley thing, the development team must seriously transform players ability.

A good player with potential to become very good in my opinion.
Had a very good game against Sunderland according to the bulk of fans and SD. Not so good on Saturday, but not as bad as some made out. One out of two with very little game time other than that, aint bad.
Very aware we all see the game and players differently. I reckon the fans that thought Jones was brilliant, will think Darikwa rubbish.

Yes...I agree...He offers something going forward that we lack! He's had very little game time recently yet some seem very quick to write him off...odd really.
