Keep it clean please:Passion

Just watched Leicester go ahead in extra time against a so-called local rival, and was shocked at the inanimate reaction of their supporters. It galls me to see prawn sandwich hurrah fans clapping a goal, particularly at these glory hunting clubs.
I love watching a teams support, home or away, erupt and bounce with passion.
Any particular favourites?
Last minute winners are always excellent. Nevertheless, for unbridled passion I liked;
Little v Bristol
Francis v York
Hyde v Bastards
Elliot v Sheff
Cochrane v Bastards

Moore v Bradford City (a) 90th won 2-1
Blake v Bradford City (h) Not last minute but the fourth goal and a great outside of the boot finish.

Quite enjoyed the celebrations at Oxford away in 2000. Two late goals for the win on an open terrace, Ian Wright giving it all for our cause. It really felt like promotion was on that day.

I'm now off to bed with "we're going to Wembley Oghani" ringing round my nostalgia ridden brain. No chance of getting to sleep.

Jay Rod scoring away at Hull was pretty decent. Late come back win. Ade away at Chelsea in the League Cup sending 6000 Clarets mental.

Shackell v Rovers - I can't actually remember the ball hitting the net.
Wallace v Leicester - instantly silenced the plastic brigade who hadn't stopped abusing us on the end row all game.
Ings v Rovers - Birth of my son aside, I've never experienced joy like it.

No competition for me, Jays goal against Spurs in the League Cup. I lost my sh!t and it took me hours to find it again.
Other notables: Pato v Reading as it came from nothing. Keane v Boro, Blake v United

Great shout with the cup replay, am I right in remembering both goals came late after being behind for a fair bit of the game. Bedlam is a great description of the away end after the winner.

Remember being really far back, and being all over the stand when we'd finished celebrating!*

I can't remember the penalty save but it's definitely the goal I celebrated wildest. I ended up jumping the fence and 20 yards on the pitch until a massive copper threatened to clip me if I didn't get back in. It was much harder climbing back in without the adrenaline I can tell you.
I can still remember the chants of 'were going to Sheffield, were going to Sheffield you're not' ringing out.
Stevie Harpers goal against Shilton was upthere as I truly didn't think we could score against an ex international keeper at the time.

Couldn't get to the Boro home game last year but I totally lost it at Brighton last season when Keano crashed that header in. Another vote for Barnes v Palace this season too ...brilliant goal and all the sweeter because Palace had been looking the more likely winners. Mind you if Townsend's shot had then gone in instead of hitting the inside of the post it would have been like being castrated with two housebricks immediately after pleasuring Scarlett Johansson.

Proper old school mental was that. An entire end going, well, mental.
At home with all seats, Rodders' goal against Spurs in the League Cup sent us in the bottom tier of the Longside fairly mental.
I tried getting shut of my ticket in the Sparrow Hawk before the game.

I'm glad no one wanted it, even though it didn't end well.

The Keane goal against Brighton was the biggest celebration in front of the telly as I was still swearing at the goal not given. I'm just glad nobody saw me jumping round the room giving the Vs to Brighton like a deranged lunatic.

And we were down to 10 men!! (Deary sent off) A fantastic night and we'd been a goal down when Deary went for the early bath.

Akinbiyi at Chelsea - we hugged some people who'd come all the way from Denmark (or Norway - I can't remember)
Keane vs Boro
Boyd vs City
Hamilton vs Spurs (i was a spry 16 yr old jumping round the room listening to the 2nd half on Radio Lancs)
Kindon vs Celtic (then it all went horribly wrong)

Barnes against Wigan, 2014. Samba Football, great finish; we were up!
Vokes against QPR last year. Coming onto the match knowing a win would see us up and leave Boro and Brighton scrabbling for sloppy seconds.
Nervy game, settled by a bit of class from Vokes. Only one winner when that went in. The Turf went f*cking mental. As did I.

Got to say Barnes v Palace recently was as close to an 'old school' celebration at the Turf as we've seen for a while.
Away it happens loads, some fine memories listed above. Conroy scored late in a game at Walsall too in '92, one of my first away games, we'd been 2-0 down. Never seen the goals since.

Probably the only goal we've scored that I didn't get excited by. All I could think at the time was "oh,no!" or words to that effect. September 12th 1978 and it was my daughter's first birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the day until I visited Turf Moor.
