I've just downloaded the app for Teamcard and it's not showing tomorrow's game as loaded on there despite having a season ticket.

Does anyone know if this is normal?

You've done well to be able to log in. I've been trying all sorts to log in over the last few weeks with no success.

It took a while to log in, but once I have done, it's come up with every game I've attended in the last 2 years but no ticket for tomorrow. Should that be on there or not?

I'm not sure, I've never been able to log in to find out!

Ok.... I've logged in on the website and then tried the app, and I was able to log in.

The forthcoming Chelsea and Lincoln games are showing for me, but both with a kick off time of 23:59?

I've got the app on my phone and on the summary page it says the next match is v Chelsea tomorrow at a minute to midnight.

I don't understand what you mean in saying it is not loaded.

With you now, I've just gone in to My Tickets - I've got both Chelsea and Lincoln showing, both with 11:59 p.m. kick offs.

I can only see games already attended.

I'm the same as Pete, can only see games already attended. Not showing the Chelsea game tomorrow which is concerning.

Drop down menu is on top left - select Tickets from there.

On the summary page it is showing the next game as being the Chelsea game tomorrow.

Top left of the app there is a button, when I click on it I get the following options:

Summary
Attendance
Offers
Points
Tickets

When I click on tickets and scroll to the bottom of the page, the Chelsea and Lincoln games are showing.

Attendance only shows previous games.

I get all of those options, but no Chelsea game tomorrow. Think I'll nip to the ticket office before the game tomorrow and find out what's going on.

Yeah, good idea. It's always my worst fear that I get to the turnstile and the green 'entry' symbol doesn't appear on the screen!

I've just bought Lincoln tickets and they aren't on there either, so I'll presume that the service from the teamcard app is just crap.

I only found out/realised that the kick off tomorrow is 13:30 & not 12:30

Haven't told Mrs W as will mean get an hour drinking in beforehand
