He's doing very well! Great to see what regular football can do.
Edit - Not a dig at Dyche by the way. Think Championship is more his level.

Lightly a low Champ size level and standing out, as a consequence. Well done to the lad.

Was a cracking finish, also a mention for Gilkes penalty and rebound save earning Wigan a good point ..

Definitely a better footballer than Boyd and Arfield. Sean didn't like him and that was the end of his time at Burnley. I like Dyche a lot, but his stubborn streak, including his failure to make changes when necessary, will likely mean that he will not manage at a much higher level than we are attaining now. Don't shoot me, just my opinion.

Sorry Darnhill, i think I misunderstood your post Sean is at a high level now, but maintains that he won't be at Burnley forever. I take this to mean that he aims to manage a top 10 team (at least) and I do not think he is good enough to do that currently.

Some goal that.......perfect first touch, composure and excellent finish.
Kights had it all but there was a total lack of consistent performance and under achievement at Burnley and only he will know the real reason why. My theory is the problem was in his mind, not his feet.
He seems so relaxed now at Burton and the real talent is shining through.

He's proving his real worth. Good on 'im. Unfortunately, you can't put Boyd, Arfield and finishing in the same sentence, usually.

I still think his direct running and ball carrying ability gives us more than Arfield.

"I still think his direct running and ball carrying ability gives us more than Arfield."
A lot more, but the end product was very rarely there to match.

I can't honestly remember what Arfield's end product looks like.

Cracking goal. Cheered me up given its implications. Harshly treated by us after we unsuccessfully tried to wriggle out of the Stoke buy clause after he helped us get promoted - wish him well.

If ever I wanted a player to show what he could do when he came off the bench, it was Kights

I've always liked Kight's and if his skill, pace and goals are instrumental in sticking another nail in the Wovers coffin then it will make a truly great season even better,

I'd have Kights in the squad over Boyd and in particular Arfield. Like most players, he thrives on the confidence gained by starting games regularly.

In fact, can't we loan a couple of players to Brizzle and Wigan too?

Agent Gilks saved a penalty for Wigan yesterday

I always found him frustrating to watch. A great outlet but often made the wrong decisions. Good to see him doing well. He'll no doubt get a decent Championship club next season.

I think Kightly is thriving albeit in a Championship side because he is being allowed to express himself.

It might have been that one but didn't he score one from a similar angle from open play?

Scored a good one against Balckpool away too.
