I for one don't like it one bit. I think they should also have a window for managers. That
would really make it interesting IMO.

I've said the same for a long time. It's the domino effect I dislike. If you sack your manager you should have to promote internally until the seasons over.

No chance, that jobs got Mr Coyle's name all over it. It was all a ploy he knew the job was coming up and he was just getting out of the dead end job he was in.
