Are we naming players not good enough for us, but would walk into the rovers team?

Vokes and Barnes wouldn't walk in, let alone hennings ..

And then he wonders why no one takes him seriously.

Brilliant. Vokes and Barnes would be Rovers' best players.

Vokes and Barnes overachieve as players due to dyches influence. They are very average players generally, no better than graham, Gallagher or emnes..

The only forward you have that'd defiantly improve rovers is gray.

Yep

We can all this do this all day long. Aside from being correct it's amusing.

Not a single player from your squad would get anywhere near a Premier League squad. Looking at the league table most wouldn't get into many Championship teams.

Those two are regular starters in a mid-table Premier League side. Facts back up the "Yep" above.

Rovers couldn't achieve promotion with Rhodes and Gestede knocking in about 20 goals each that one season.

Vokes has lead a team to promotion twice.
He's also playing regular PL football whilst Rhodes is back in the championship and Gestede is mainly a sub at Boro.

Emnes - flopped at Swansea.
Gallagher - first full season as a first team player isn't it?
Graham- Hardly what you'd call a star player.

Would Vokes and Barnes improve Rovers team?
Yes, but only if Rovers employed a manager who knew how to get the best out of them.

I agree.

Giggs, Beckham, Scholes, and the Nevilles would've achieved nothing if it wasn't for Fergie's influence.

An extreme example but their records at international level suggest that's not entirely inaccurate..

Doesn't just have to be Dyche.

Vokes just needed to settle at a club and have the right manager.

How many clubs/managers did he do nothing under? How many a season did he score pre dyche? 5 ?

Brilliant.
He's a legend and a statue should be raised to him to commemorate all his efforts.

Vokes is a million times better than any current Rovers player. Even my Rovers friend is not as stupid as this Rovers plank Saxoman

I'm glad your happy with them, youre welcome to keep them. If rovers ever went for them as signings, then sorry, I'd be underwhelmed.

I would gladly pay good money for Shebby to again start advising Blackburn as following Coyle's departure it is exactly what is needed to keep the downward momentum going

Just to create some balance, if that lot provided better service to either Vokes or Barnes than we do, on top of their work rate, do WE think that would actually improve their utilization as players?
