Depends who did the attack. If it was a radical islamist then no, probably not.

It's that these attacks are now so common, people have become desensitized to them. Especially if the source is from Islamist groups or radical individuals. Each attack fades into obscurity within a few days for the world, and within a week in the country affected. People don;t even bother to change their facebook filters anymore.

I just meant, the lack of response to the initial post, and my reply some 40-50 minutes later with no replies. I mean, fair play. If it was a bomb blast killing 10 in England it would have garnered more replies, I would suspect.

I guess it's the way of the world now.

People have more sympathy for an asylum seeker being beaten up. I will never cease to be surprised by people's acts of inhumanity.

And the reason for that is simple. Political agenda.

If I was arsed about every terror attack I'd no arses left in a month or 2.
It isn't that I don't care, but as it's been pointed out it's so commonplace it isn't a shock anymore.

London is worth a mention because the City didn't really stop functioning and probably wouldn't even with a bomb blast.

The UK is used to bomb / Terror attacks due to the IRA.
Spain had ETA.

Russia had the Chechen's.

Isis isn't the first terror group, unfortunately, so people will quite quickly move on from it.

Social media news feeds will have the usual stuff, but as it's Russia, probably less.

People have other things to do on a Monday than reply to your post immediately.

This "if they are white, they are mentally ill" thing seems to only apply to mass shooters in the USA. Not seen it be used on terrorists as of yet.

A spotty teenager sick of being bullied at school does not class as a politically or ideologically motivated terrorist. The actual white terrorists, anders breivic, Tommy mair etc, get called what they are, terrorists.

Usually a response of "their motives are still unclear" is the official justification we get when Islamic inspired attacks take place.
