Probably a typo.
Paragraph one says "Sean Dyche will select from the same Burnley squad for the visit of Stoke to Turf Moor."

According to reports, JBG could be available for Saturday. Surely that can't be true with the lack of match practice.

It isn't and Dyche hasn't said that. He did say that once back in full training he'll need a game with the u23s given how long he's been out.
