Arsenal following the current trend and going three at the back.
I could potentially see Dyche playing this at some point next season and then banging on that he's been playing it in training for years and only hasnt got the credit for if because he's not foreign

Boro mocked us last season for being a yo-yo club.
Crikey, they're not even a yo.

If they were to win tonight they'd be 1 point behind Swansea in 18th, and just 3 behind Hull in 17th, (with a massive goal difference in their favour), and with still one game in hand [against Sunderland], so I would hardly describe that as
as good as gone.
Lose tonight though, and it won't look good for them. It was failing to beat us that really did for them.

If Arsenal continue to persevere with Wenger next season they'll be the next big club hovering around the relegation places until Christmas, then they'll probably sort it. They're a shambles.

Out of all the top teams this season, Arsenal have been the most awful to watch.
After going one up in a game they do nothing more than try to waste as much time as possible with trite and obvious gamesmanship.
Even if they score in the first minute they try to break up and spoil the play for the rest of the entire match to keep that one goal lead, where is the joy or spectacle in watching this Arsenal team?
Then, when the other team finally score they work it the other way, blagging free-kicks and fouls out of the referee as though they've been brave yet unlucky and hard-done-by.
Sorry, got to say they remind me of barcelona, loads of talent but incapable of playing a fair game.

If boro' lose thsi one then they're as good as down in my opinion.
Pity but it looks as if two of the teams that came up will be going back down
and the winners of the Championship staying up.
Barring an absolute freak set of results.

Sunderland and Boro done for, no doubt, Hull and Swansea's run - ins not brilliant for them. They'll be lucky if one of them gets 36 points never mind both.

I wouldn't think there is much hope for them.
What on earth has happened to Arsenal though? Once upon a day this would have been an easy game for them and we'd have sat back and enjoyed their brilliant football.

Liverpool Tottenham Chelsea Southampton Manchester City Bournemouth are boroughs remaining games. They look like they are gone.

Sunderland - Gone
Boro - If they can manage to stay up then we will too imo. I can't see them catching us.

We will get at least 4 points from our last 5 games. That means Swansea would have to win all 5 and Boro win all 6

Ox, Ramsey and Xhaka in midfield isn't what's needed for a supposed top end club.

That's incorrect.
They have both Sunderland and Southampton at home who are beatable, so if they could get something at Bournemouth this weekend then they might threaten Swansea and Hull, but even if they get 9 points from these 3 games it would only take them to 33, so they would need to get a result from one - at least - of their other 3 games, which looks difficult, (though it's sometimes hard to predict Liverpool results.
I think it's now safe to say though that they won't finish above us.

They've won 4 games all season. They'll need 4 more wins in the next 6 games to stay up. No chance. They were relegated when they failed to beat us.
