I have one adult and 2 kids but they've took money for 3 adults today! 3 x £27. Never happened before either

Did you get the letter from the club with payment dates and amounts on in last couple of weeks ?

Clerical error which can be easily rectified and refunded by ringing the ticket office on 0871 221 1914

If it's a Standing Order you must have told the bank to pay those amounts. Do you mean a Direct Debut ?

Firstly, I take it you checked the details on the letter you received and they were correct. That being the case, I'd contact the ticket office with the full details of the discrepancy.

Just checked mine, which has gone down in price for next season because of my age, and it is correct.

Is this the last payment for 2016/17 or the first for 2017/18?

I've not had a letter with the details on yet

Iv not read any letter, my girlfriend probably binned it by accident. Anyway you'd of thought it would still be 1 adult 2 kids same as last year. Kids are aged 4 and 9

It's no big issue il just nip ticket office when I can.

Just checked mine and correct prices, however 3 seperate DD have come out instead of just 1 like last season. No issues though just takes up more room on my statements
