3 Points and a doubling of our away win achievement would be just what Madge ordered. I just read her!
Come on you Clarets.

Good day to you all! I'm feeling good about today, probably because we can rest easy knowing that we're safe. Would be brilliant to get another away win but I'd be happy enough with a draw in all honesty! UTC.

I wonder if Dyche will already be looking to next season and whether that will play a part in his lineup and tactics.

Not sure what you mean but very much doubt he would do anything out of the ordinary.

Scored 15 more goals than us and conceded 14 more.
Unlikely to be a 0-0.

I mean we're safe and some of his players won't be here next season. So one example could be to bench Keane even if he's fit/ready, and give Mee and Tarks more playing time together. Things like that.

Think Mee is still injured. If Keane is fully fit he should play. We should be aiming to pick up as many points as we can not looking to next season.

Sat in the Harewood College free parking, as posted on here. Thanks - attendant very polite and gave walking and exiting detail. Listening to Man City v Leicester. Leic just cocked up pen as Mahrez slipped when taking and both feet kicked ball! Sun shining. Clarets will be in full bloom.
Come on Burnley.

Being honest even if he was fit I can understand us playing Long. Keane is off in the summer I would want to give Long these 3 games to see if he is up to being Tarks' replacement on the bench.
If he plays like he did last week I wouldn't be averse to having him as 1st reserve. It breeds optimism on the bench that they are given a chance before
being written off.

Will be interesting to see how K Long copes against a side who'll come out far more attacking than WBA did.

Result:
Man City 2 Leicester C 1
another team we can overtake!
MISSED PENALTY on 77 mins
Huge controversy as Riyhad Mahrez beats Willy Caballero from the penalty spot but Robert Madly disallowed it.
Mahrez slipped as he stepped up to take it with his left foot but the ball hits his right foot and spins into the net.
No goal! And Leicester were not allowed to re-take it. The game continued with a Man City free-kick because of a double-touch from Mahrez.

That's no different from the Charlie Adam corner. Any double touch means it's a free kick to the opposition.

Pretty much the lineup I expected. I very much doubt Keane is still injured. He's being protected ahead of a lucrative move. I don't mind to be honest - I think it's good for Tarky to get some game time before the end of the season. Long will be backup I imagine but also good for him to get some play time while he can.
