Every week the same person vapes throughout the game. The steward tells him not to and he carries on. Then nothing happens.
What are the rules on this?

Banned but was the steward the usual 15yr old 6 stone sort.?Sunderland had some serious meatheads but friendly and efficient.
We can even keep the stairs clear at half time as fools stand there talking to mates.

'...Sunderland had some serious meatheads but friendly and efficient...'

you mean the steward who removed a Claret for drinking alcohol...but then let him back to his seat within 5 minutes! :?

Stewards = useless - fans vaping + fans standing + entering pitch area = no action form stewards!

what is their job brief?

I believe the Premier League has a rule that prohibits it in their grounds so the steward is obliged to take action.

We need a vaping area. It doesn't cause any harm to people close by (I should say allegedly). I wanted to quit smoking so started to use e-cigs which are basically just a nicotine shot but if I want to a "smoke" at half time I've got to go and stand with........ yep you've guessed it the faggers! I could probably wait until the end of the game if I really tried but with 4 kids and the moosus plus watching BFC I sometimes need an escape

I would imagine that breathing in anything other than regular oxygen etc isn't good for the lungs. Unfortunately, due to e-cigs being in their infancy, whilst they are clearly a better alternative to actual cigarettes, I think evidence will eventually show they are still not 100% safe and will have implications for the second hand vape etc.

"This study, although conducted under very high exposure conditions in a small, non-ventilated vape shop with many employees and customers vaping and clouds of vapor visible, did not document any dangerous levels of exposure to any hazardous chemical. Nicotine exposure was essentially non-existent. Formaldehyde exposure was no different than in many indoor and outdoor environments at baseline. Acetone, acetoin, other aldehydes, toluene, benzene, and xylene were not detected. Chemicals that have been associated with "popcorn lung" were also not detected by the standard method.

This study adds to the evidence that under real-life conditions, "secondhand vaping" does not appear to pose any significant health risks.

Despite the claims of many anti-vaping organizations, the documented health risks of "secondhand vaping" appear to be minimal. And this is in an environment with relatively extreme conditions -- there was a visible cloud of vapor at times."

So the documented health risks are minimal, but still there.

Understood.

What do you do? You inform the club that they have failed in their duty of care, exposing you to a hazard and ask if they wish to settle out of court before you start legal action against them.
