Does anybody use this site? I've just signed up and it all seems overwhelming the amount of offers on there. I heard about it through a friend and as I'm looking for a new mobile contract I thought I'd give it a go.

I'm on Quidco..... had over £600 cashback for stuff I'd have bought anyway in the last 2 years.
Had £222 cashback for one hotel booking in Dubai, ebookers had 20% cashback when I booked so it was rude not to

Is this some sort of reversal of The Dragon's Den, whereby the consumer of the product is thought of as an investor with a stake in the product because they bought the product? e.g. If I buy a KitKat I demand 30% of the profit?

I am on just over £2k money paid back to me on topcashback, been using it for nearly three years now. This is for stuff I would have bought online anyway. Gas and Electric, BT Broadband, Sky, House insurance, Car insurance. Sometimes it can take months for the money to be paid out but when it does it is in your bank account within three working days. Well worth it.

I use both Quidco & Topcashback, over £2,500 from each over the last 5 years.
Lots of gambling offers, finance offers and utilities are the main ways to earn easy money.
The small 3% cashback from normal purchases takes a while to add up.

These sound good on the face of it but how does the cash back compare to shopping around, is it still better value?

For me, I shop around for the best deal and then see if Topcashback offers any deals and do it through their website and click on the link to the supplier. For example I found Churchill was the best insurance offer on my car, went on to topcashback to see if Churchill were offering anything and they had an offer on for £30 cashback. Went through their link, loaded in my details and 3 months later I had the best deal I could find and £30 back in by bank account.

Names are noted, I hope none of these super savers don't question our board for shopping around, and trying to get the best deal.
I'm not sure you actually get the best deal every time, and seems too much faffing about to me to save 3 quid. Sounds something the Mrs might like though, so I'll pass it on, I value my time too much to be messing around.

I've had over £4000 over the last few years. It's easy. They have a plug in which notifies you if the site you're looking at pays cash back. It all adds up quite quickly with a £1 here or there. Some sites though give a lot of cashback especially for insurance, mobile phones, utilities etc. It's free so nothing to lose ...

Only used Quidco but built up a fair amount over the years.
The trick is, find what you want and the cheapest you can find it and then check on Quidco if there is a cash back deal. It would be easy to fall into the trap of starting in Quidco and paying over the odds for 2% cash back.
For example moving utilities, run a comparisons site check, pick the provider you want and then see if they are on Quidco. If they are is a bonus.
