At least in this case, the Pakistani authorities were able to do something about it and issue warrants for the arrest of the members of this so called village court. There are areas along the Afghan border that are completely out of government control where this kind of thing goes on unabated.

I'm also away with work until Thursday night and I've got limited internet access, so wasting my time talking to someone who's purely looking for reactions/bites isn't worth the bother.
