Can anyone recommend a hotel that caters for a family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids) in Blackpool please? Looking to get away for a weekend in August.
Thanks.

The Dalmeny Hotel is really good, especially if you have kids. It's down the road in Lytham St Annes but I can't recommend it highly enough, assuming it's the same as it was 15 year ago (when I last went as a child

).

I'm still here but we're pretty much retired now. We don't have a family room big enough to cater for four children. Thanks for thinking of me anyway.

Went there as a toddler in the early 70s and loved it apparently!
I presume it has been done up since then though

The Dalmeney is spot on, very modern throughout and caters brilliantly for kids. You have to pay more though. A weekend for a family will be circa £350-£400 I'd expect.

Drove down Blackpool sea front recently not having been for a while amazed at the number of boarded up hotels.

Cliffs Hotel, North Shore is great for kids. Swimming pool, kids club, Dinner, bed and breakfast and some good August deals.

The council seem to be doing everything in their power to put small businesses out of business, in favour of national chain hotels.
